Here at Backwoods Smoker, we want you to have a great experience with us! We understand sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your order. Cancellations can only be made before your smoker has shipped. If your smoker has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.

Depending on your method of payment, refunds will be issued as follows:
(1) If you paid by check, your refund will be processed after your payment has cleared your bank account.
(2) If you paid by credit card, your refund minus a 5% credit card processing fee will be issued.
